What is MCP?
The Model Context Protocol is the open standard AI assistants use to connect to other software. XODASH runs a hosted MCP server, so there is nothing to install — you add one URL.
Which plans include it?
Every XODASH plan. Each person connects with their own account, and the connector only works with the integrations that person has connected in XODASH.
Does the AI get access to everyone’s data?
No. It acts as you, with your role’s permissions, inside the one workspace you approve. Other people’s private notes, reminders, meetings and contacts are never visible.
Can I make it read-only?
Yes. On the approval screen, turn off “Allow it to make changes” and the AI can only read.
How do I disconnect?
In XODASH go to Settings → AI Apps and click Disconnect. Admins can disconnect anyone’s apps or turn AI connections off for the workspace.
Is my data used to train models?
XODASH does not send your data to any AI provider on its own. Data is returned only to the AI app you connected, when you ask it something, and is governed by that app’s own data policies.
